We already have an in-house system such as SAP. Why do we need TPSynergy?

ERP Systems like SAP or Oracle are generally internal systems and are not accessible trading partners. This means you need to manually enter data into the ERP. This is incredibly inefficient and wastes time. TPSynergy automatically updates this data to your ERP, and email communications are converted to electronic integrated communications.

What do we do if our suppliers do not use TPSynergy?

TPSynergy provides many options for suppliers to enter data into TPSynergy. They can use the user-friendly UI or upload data in an Excel spreadsheet.

How hard is it to learn to use TPSynergy?

TPSynergy is very user-friendly and can be used without any assistance. If you do want training, we have videos in the resources tab. You can also request a personal training session by contacting us.

How can you ensure that our data is secure?

TPSynergy takes great pains into making sure that your data is safe. We also sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with your company to ensure no information is leaked.
